TERMS and CONDITIONS

Article 1 – General

These terms apply to all offers, treatments, and transactions between BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa and the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1.1 Definitions

BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa: The company located at Fritz Dietrich Kahlenbergstraat118, 1087LL Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 80720137. VAT-ID: NL003477869B85
Client: Any individual booking or receiving a treatment.
Agreement: Any appointment for a treatment or purchase of products.
Online Booking: Appointment made through our website.
Treatment: All massage, wellness, and beauty services offered by BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa.

Article 2 – Best Efforts Obligation

2.1 BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa performs treatments to the best of its knowledge and craftsmanship.

2.2 We cannot guarantee healing or specific results.

2.3 Clients must disclose all relevant medical information and allergies before the treatment.

2.4 BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Article 3 – Appointments and Cancellations

3.1 Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

3.2 Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time, but the full fee remains payable.

3.3 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the appointment via the confirmation email.

3.4 Failure to cancel on time will result in the full amount being charged.

3.5 Bookings via ClassPass or Treatwell: non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Article 4 – Payment

4.1 Payment is due immediately after the treatment (cash, card, gift card number).

4.2 Online bookings do not require prepayment unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Gift cards are available in-store only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Article 5 – Conduct and Hygiene

5.1 Maintain personal hygiene and keep underwear on during the treatment.

5.2 Avoid strong perfumes or lotions before your appointment.

5.3 Phones must be turned off or set to silent during the session.

5.4 Inappropriate, erotic, or sexual behavior is strictly prohibited; violation will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Such actions will be treated as sexual harassment and will be reported to the police.

5.5 BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly exhibit inappropriate behavior.

5.6 Clients who fail to respect their scheduled appointments or repeatedly miss or ignore reservations may be removed or blocked from our booking system.

Article 6 – Liability

6.1 BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

6.2 We are not liable for medical complications or complaints after treatment; please consult a doctor for health concerns.

Article 7 – Complaints

7.1 Report any complaints about a treatment within 5 days of your appointment, in writing or by email.

7.2 If the complaint is valid, we will offer an appropriate solution (e.g., repeat treatment).

Article 8 – Privacy

8.1 Personal data is used solely for appointment management and communication.

8.2 We respect your privacy and treat all information confidentially.

Article 9 – Additional Provisions

9.1 BeauRaan Thai Wellness & Spa adheres to hygiene and safety regulations.

9.2 If you feel unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

9.3 The latest version of these terms is always available on our website and in the salon.
