Welcome to our massage and beauty salon, where we strive to provide an enjoyable and relaxing experience for all of our guests. To ensure that your time with us is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask that you abide by the following guidelines during your visit. By following these rules, you'll help to create a calm and serene atmosphere for everyone in the salon. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to serving you soon!

  1. Arrival and Timing: Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals without notice incur full session charges, with treatment limited to remaining time.

  2. Booking and Payments: No pre-payment required at booking. Payment is due at the end of each session. For cancellations or rescheduling, provide notice at least 6 hours in advance through your confirmation email. Book directly via our website for full service access and flexibility.

  3. Session Conduct: Sessions end 5 minutes early for dressing and checkout. Keep underwear on during sessions. Refrain from using strong perfumes or lotions before your appointment.

  4. Facility Etiquette: Turn off or silence phones during your appointment. Report any medical conditions or allergies to your therapist beforehand. Respect other customers and staff; no erotic or sexual conduct is permitted.

  5. Children and Supervision: Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

  6. Post-Session Relaxation: Enjoy complimentary tea and a healthy snack after your session.

  7. Online Booking Advantages: Use our user-friendly online platform for seamless scheduling. Calls may not be answered promptly to avoid disrupting ongoing sessions.

  8. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Bookings through ClassPass or Treatwell are non-refundable. No rescheduling for appointments via ClassPass or Treatwell; consider your availability before booking.

  9. Personal Belongings: The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  10. Hygiene Standards: Please maintain personal hygiene before your appointment to ensure a pleasant experience for both you and your therapist. We provide clean and fresh linens for each session.

  11. Therapist Preferences: If you have a preference for a specific therapist, please mention this when booking your appointment. We strive to accommodate therapist requests but cannot guarantee availability. There is an option to reserve a session with the owner, "Ying," at an adjusted price.

  12. Group and Duo Massages: If you plan to visit us for duo massages or with multiple persons, please check availability in advance. On weekends, we can accommodate these requests more easily as we have multiple practitioners available.

  13. Feedback and Communication: We value your feedback! Please share your experience with our receptionist after your session. If at any point during your treatment you feel uncomfortable, please communicate this with your therapist.

  14. Health and Safety Protocols: We adhere to health and safety regulations. If you feel unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. Masks may be required during your visit based on current health guidelines.

  15. Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies, please notify the staff immediately so we can assist you accordingly.

  16. Contact Information: Ensure you provide a valid email and phone number for appointment confirmations and notifications.

  17. Gift Cards: We offer gift cards for purchase, available exclusively in-store. Please visit us to inquire about pricing and options.
